I moved here a few years ago and have never regretted it. Between, clean and well updated apartments, amazing amenities, beautiful landscape, and the wonderful staff that make you feel like family, you really can't go wrong with this apartment complex. The year round pool as hot tub, the 24/7 gym and media center and the occasional resident party help make this complex unique from any other place I've lived.

I have lived in many apartments in California and i can say for a fact this is one of the best experiences i have ever had. The apartments are modern and well taken care off. The grounds, pool area, gym and public areas are all well taken care of, the staff are very friendly and always eager to help.

Loved, Loved, Loved this place! Best value in North Natomas! There are only 2 complexes in the area that can compete with Avanti in the areas of safety, cleanliness, convenience, and modern style. Both of which are more expensive and one has a major parking issues. Customer Service at Avanti is A+!
